To Kevin Spratt: On 03/17/2025 we had a new Garage Door & Opener installed by Matt Olson. Matt was a very friendly and polite individual and did a great job on our Garage Door. He took the time to explain all our concerns and questions. He also showed all the operations of our new equipment in a easy understandable way. His clean up at the end was surprisingly thorough. He made sure that all the surfaces of the door was clean and bright like a new car. Watching his installation gave me confidence that the product will probably outlast me. LOL. Powder coated replacement springs were installed and old broken springs were removed. Work area was cleaned up of debris and hauled away. Technician (Adrian) did an excellent replacement in a short period of time. Everything was tested prior to his departure. Adrian explained everything prior to the start of the repairs to include costs. Appointment was very easy to obtain even on a Sunday. No extra charge for working on a weekend.
