Dana was fantastic! Diagnost the problem immediately. Prepared and reviewed four options with me. They were prompt, professional and explained everything as they went, when found out the frame of our doors were metal, they reframed at no extra cost, they had to make three trips to finish the job (1 hour each way) without complaint, working around our schedule and making sure everything worked before they left. Always impressed with your quick response. However having a number of problems after your installation. The back up battery fail safe for opening in case of power loss has failed twice. Your service people have restored the manual entry at our request since we have little faith in your back up system. This was the third incident since installation.
