The technician arrived when expected. Our neighbor accidentally pressed the vacation lock on our garage door wall unit, so we could not open or close our door when we returned home. Jason trained us on how to turn this feature on and off. He also replaced our bulb in the ceiling unit. Great experience!

Great serviceman, so kind and efficient. Only thing I wish we would have known on the bill was the $16.95 Environmental Fee(didin't understand that one) and 2% fee for using a credit card for $49.22. Otherwise, for $2663 it had to be done.
