To Kevin Spratt: On 03/17/2025 we had a new Garage Door & Opener installed by Matt Olson. Matt was a very friendly and polite individual and did a great job on our Garage Door. He took the time to explain all our concerns and questions. He also showed all the operations of our new equipment in a easy understandable way. His clean up at the end was surprisingly thorough. He made sure that all the surfaces of the door was clean and bright like a new car. Watching his installation gave me confidence that the product will probably outlast me. LOL. Great experience!!!! The entire process went really smooth. They got here fast and installed the door and opener without an issue. My installer Jesse W.(was by himself) was incredible! Temp was 6 degrees to start and he didn't miss a beat, so good! He displayed high professionalism and just worked hard. Highly recommend these guys.

They were prompt, professional and explained everything as they went, when found out the frame of our doors were metal, they reframed at no extra cost, they had to make three trips to finish the job (1 hour each way) without complaint, working around our schedule and making sure everything worked before they left. I would use them again for all garage door needs.
