Well,I am blown away with how wonderfully responsive your company was to my request for service.From the initial phone conversation to the email with the work summary invoice,you all were attentive to detail and keep in touch with every step of the process.Sending a photo description of the worker before arrival was very reassuring.Every business should do this to keep their client's safe. I was very impressed with the service,appreciated having options of different packages to choose from and would recommend you to my neighbors. The only suggestion I would make is for the receptionist/scheduler who answers the phone to answer with the company's name and not their own. It was confusing to me,I almost hung up.

Said my remote was in a down position-stuck causing it to stick and not open at a distance rather than right in front of garage door. Recommended, i swap out 2nd remote & Try in car. If continued problem call office. Looking to have 2nd remote replaced.

After 3.5 years my garage door only went up and down so far, I troubleshot as much as I could but was out of options. Sean came out and assessed that the motor had given out due to it's size. I upgraded, he changed all the wheels, belt, and opener. Made sure all battery operator openers were synced up as well. All smooth sailing, and a bonus its smoother and quieter! Thanks Sean!
