I am very happy with our new garage door! That it actually fits like it is supposed to instead of like the original door that was larger then the spot it was in. Now it seals to the floor and on all sides including the top. This was an upgraded insulated double steel door, a great improvement since I use my garage also as my woodworking shop. Having an insolated door will help immensely during the winter months, and even summers. David was very professional and took the time needed to complete the task accurately while still finishing near his estimated timeline. The door looks great, and makes a great improvement - not only to the value of our home, but to our comfort and peace of mind knowing it will last for years to come. I wanted to take a minute and thank the amazing people at Precision. I am in the process of moving and the spring on my garage door broke. I was able to schedule an online appointment for a technician, Jared Hinch, for that same day. I wasn't home when he got there but I had asked they contact me next door neighbor, which he did. Once he determined what was wrong he called me and gave me a very fair, in my opinion, estimate of repairs. Jared also noted my garage door was a Wayne Dalton product and since it was so new, perhaps it would be under warranty. He was ready to make the fix at that time bit allowed me to see if there was a warranty. In the end, I didn't use Precision or Jered and had it repaired with the other company previously mentioned as there was coverage. Jared could have not mentioned that and I would not have had a clue and Precision would have done the job. I certainly don't want to get Jered in trouble because to me, he did the right thing, and he didn't have to. The true definition of integrity, which Precision should commend. What an excellent representative of your company, even though he didn't come away with the project, he did thing the right way in my humble opinion. Thank you, Jered!!

For 308.43 charge for 10 minutes work seams a little high. But one would think for that price the repairman would of pick up his trash of spliced wire inside of our Kennel so the dogs would not get into the mess. Very disappointed with the repairman quality of his work. Not sure at this time I would have Precision come back.
