Anthony visited our home to get us set up with the right products. After taking measurements and having a discussion with us he presented three options that would be well suited to our needs. He explained everything clearly. He did not oversell us. He got us scheduled the very next day for install. David installed our new garage door and garage door opener. He did a wonderful job. He explained everything clearly (how often and where to lubricate the door and how to change the passcode). He removed all trash created by our old garage door and the packaging from our new products. Both Anthony and David were a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

After 44 years with my original garage door, it began malfunctioning after being frozen to the floor on a cold wintry day. A tech came the same day I called for an evaluation. I could hear, as he verbalized the problems he saw, that it was time to make a change. The first tech put together a replacement package at my request. I was impressed at the kindness and guidance I saw in answering my concerns. Normally I do not make quick decisions, but it was the right thing to do this time. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. Seven weeks later - I have a new, quiet, and safer door. I am very pleased with everything. Both techs I met were exceptional in exuding desirable persons of high integrity and sincerity. A quality I pick up on easily. I will recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone needing help with their garage door. I have learned my lesson well and I’m happy to say these guys are the real deal. The tension spring on our main garage door broke suddenly as they tend to do, so I contacted Precision (since this is NOT something you can generally do as a DIY....) Stephen came the following morning and assessed the door and provided the options. This is something I've experienced twice before at a previous address so I was familiar with what would need to be done. However, in both those instances, the technician only replaced the spring and didn't inspect the overall condition of the door and it's related components. While it cost me more this time around, I appreciated the care and attention Stephen gave while inspecting and performing the work. Stephen had pointed out that because the "bare minimum" had been done on my particular door when it was installed by the builder, it was missing a center bearing on the main shaft as well as having sub-par rollers. Again, having had two situations in the past where my tension springs failed sooner than expected (likely due to similar parts and set up) I appreciated the advice and explanation. Stephen replaced my tension springs with heavy duty units, replaced/upgraded the bearings as well as the rollers. The end result was a door that now opens dramatically quieter and smoother than it did before and has a 7 year warranty. Unexpected expenses are part of home ownership and part of life, but I am VERY thankful I called Precision Door and I will definitely contact them again for any future garage door work!
