Tyler Zabaroni came out to the house to inspect our garage door, and found that the spring mechanism was worn out. We purchased a new dual spring mechanism with a life time warranty, and Tyler had it installed in about 20 minutes or so. Tyler is very friendly, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable, having been in the garage door installation and repair industry for over 12 years. It was a pleasure having Tyler out to repair out garage door. We will certainly call Precision Overhead Garage Door Service next time we need service, and won't hesitate to recommend Precision to our family, neighbors and friends. The garage door was making creaking noises and metal shrieks for awhile and would not go down yesterday. Well,I am blown away with how wonderfully responsive your company was to my request for service.From the initial phone conversation to the email with the work summary invoice,you all were attentive to detail and keep in touch with every step of the process.Sending a photo description of the worker before arrival was very reassuring.Every business should do this to keep their client's safe. I was very impressed with the service,appreciated having options of different packages to choose from and would recommend you to my neighbors. The only suggestion I would make is for the receptionist/scheduler who answers the phone to answer with the company's name and not their own. It was confusing to me,I almost hung up.
