Kris came out to inspect my garage door because it would not open. I was happy that Precision was able to make it out the next day. He ended up installing a Precision Door Service Synergy 270 opener with 7ft belt rail. He was able to install it the same day! I didn’t need a spring repair as it shows above. That was taken care of several years ago. It was your garage lube and tune up. When Anthony arrived he told me there’d be a service call fee. Your ad didn’t indicate a service call fee. Anthony was very pleasant and called his boss and he was able to tune & lube the door for the $45.95 as advertised. Anthony is very pleasant and handled the price confusion well. I also appreciate your company being honest and accommodating. I’ll continue using your services, which eventually will include a new garage door. Thank you
