Kris did a good job and explained everything. I have been robbed so many times, I sure hope he's right about my Remotes that I didn't need to put in a new code because he put remotes by the frequency. Just praying it works. Kris was good seemed to know what he was doing. If the thieves break in again I will still need to recode my key pad, my biggest concern is my car it's new and I still am paying on it. I think Kris did a good job

Tony Beckstead came to my home within a couple hours of making my appointment, earlier than expected. I was given heads-up texts and emails, really nice. He was great, paired my remote with my garage opener after it fell and broke apart, checked my system and lubricated. He charged me very little for such quick, efficient service. Dana came to my house , apparently determined to sell me new garage door equipment. Looked sparingly around, told me how bad he thought everything was and the only help he could offer was to sell me new stuff. I said that, at this moment I just wanted it fixed and schedule the new repairs for spring. He said he was not going to fix it. That I had to buy his new stuff. Without a further word, he got into his truck and left. I had called for a repair man, not a sales man. So we called another service and the tech fixed the problem and we agreed on a new setup to be installed in ten days. The new policy, at your firm, to just go out and sell new stuff, forgetting service, leads me to terminate all interest in calling you again
