My garage door opener stopped working and I called Precision at 4:50pm. Kris arrived by 8:20 the next morning. He is a very pleasant and clear communicator. He patiently answered all my questions. He provided several repair options to choose from, including explanation of the differences between them, and did not pressure me which to choose. He was obviously knowledgeable and experienced with this work. He was efficient and described what he was doing to my satisfaction. He gathered and removed the broken parts. He showed me how to lubricate the hinges, etc. He even laughed when I made a joke! I am referring Precision to everyone I know that might need maintenance or service on their garage doors.
