The repair was done promptly and efficiently. We are 100% satisfied. Adrian Workman was right on time. He was very friendly and professional. Adrian was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what needed to be done. We had one spring on the garage door, it broke, now we have 2 springs. The door opens and closes like a new one now. We would recommend Precision OH Garage Door Servive completely. Again, we are 100% satisfied with the parts and service.

Great service!. Our spring broke at a bad time knocking our garage door out of service.I called Precision Garage Door and Adrian came and fixed it the next day even though it was on a weekend. We had purchased a lifetime deluxe renewal package on the garage door years ago from them and the repair was completely covered. Highly recommended

Corey and matt both showed up and got straight to work dismantling the old doors and motors and made short work of it.Also they were super helpful and answered any questions i had once the doors and motors were installed and showed me all of the features of the doors.

I had a great encounter with Benjamin (Ben), today, when my garage door spring broke yesterday. I was offered a call time of 10-12. Ben called me @ 8:40 to say he had finished his previous job early and could be @ my place in about 17 minutes. Sure enough, here he was, 18 minutes later. Ben was VERY professional, super courteous, and REALLY knew what he was doing. I watched as he worked, because I am always curious to see other professionals do their thing well, and he made this job, that may have actually hurt me, look like a cake walk. After another 20 minute actual conversation, I feel like I have a new friend/acquaintance. I have been BLOWN away by the service I have received from Precision Door, and especially my interaction with Ben on this particular service call. Took him all of 15 minutes to perform the service, but the expertise and general good manner of this gentleman makes him a star in my opinion. Precision Door, take care of this guy as LONG as he is here, and then maybe afterward!
