Precision recently replaced two springs and rollers on our garage door. We were able to make a next-day appointment and Jason was our technician. Although the initial total for the repair was higher than we originally anticipated (other items that needed fixing), he took the time to walk us through each item and different options available for repair. We appreciate the service and time he took to make sure our system was working properly.

I live in Spokane Valley, WA. I lost my husband of 32.5 years on 7/26. Among other things to cope with, my garage door was malfunctioning. Sean arrived early due to finishing a job sooner than expected. He empathized with my loss and even helped take some of the things out of my husband's truck in the driveway and put them in the garage so they wouldn't get stolen. Sean went over and above in correcting my problem in a timely, courteous manner and it was truly like an angel was sent to me to make things better with minimal expense. He was very detail-oriented and took time to explain everything. Your company is certainly blessed to have such an employee when many workers don't deliver good customer service and really care about people. He provided excellent service and I have nothing negative to say.
