It was a little tricky finding your shop but after I located it, I had a pleasant visit with Sean Smith who set me up with Dana Macilvaine. Dana came out to look over our garage door "situation". I was impressed with Dana's thoroughness. He took 45 minutes to size up, measure, assess and formulate a plan to make our low-clearance problem work. I had 2 other companies come out prior to your company but they didn't have any satisfactory ideas. I'm also impressed with the professionalism you folks employed from start to finish, from your communication with us, to your promptness, to the skillful installation of the new garage door opener. I would give Christian 5 stars. He was here promptly from when he sent the txt message that he was on his way. Christian was very thorough in servicing both doors. He explained what each step of the service process was and explained the construction of the door rollers. He also explained about when to lubricate the doors thru out the year. I will request him for our next service and I will recommend Precision Door Service to our friends.
