He did an excellent job, and checked our remotes, and the safety sensors to demonstrate all was in working order before he left. He finished a bit early, and was very polite and professional. Our shop door was damaged by a tractor rollbar. It was reparable, but it was actually cheaper to replace the entire door. We were out of town while the replacement was ordered. Installation took two people about 4 hours on Christmas-eve morning. The result was excellent, and they even took the time to ask what type of motor I was going to eventually install, so they could mount the new rails accordingly. Attention to detail! Totally satisfied customer.

Technicians were prompt and professional. Doors look great. 2 large doors installed in a day. Couple of issues need to be addressed. 1 Panel slightly damaged. replacement ordered. door rail needs parts to adjust. Neither effected the performance of the doors. overall great job.

We pretty much knew what we wanted and Tim managed to give us exactly that. We were kept up to date on product shipment from the factory and when it hit Precision's dock, we were able to get it installed the next day. Jesse was our Installation Tech and he did a great job. He dove right in and got it done faster than we had expected. It looks great and is really really quiet. What's not to like! We happily recommend Precision to anyone who asks where we got our door.

The Garage Door came in on time (6 weeks). It was scheduled to be installed the next week, (Thursday) however, it turned out to be trickier to install. Fortunately, the installer (Joshua) recognized that he didn't have the skillset (to frame or trim it out or something) and let me know it immediately. He was honest with me (which I appreciated) and we rescheduled the installation for the next day with David (their most experienced installer). The next day, Jacob, appeared (David's company truck died), but Jacob let me know that his truck couldn't take my old garage door away when he installed my door. This was on Friday and I didn't want my old, ugly garage door sitting out on my front yard all weekend. Also, what if he couldn't complete the installation of my new garage door? So I made the decision to wait until Monday for David to do the installation. David came Monday (today) and did the installation and framed out the door beautifully. My only suggestion to this branch of the company is to have David teach a class for all the installers on how to "frame or trim out" (?) their garage doors when necessary! This will avoid rescheduling and wasting the time of your clients and your installation teams. Win-Win!
