Had a spring break. Called at 9am and they had an appointment for me the same day. Jared H was on time and very quick and professional. Nice to see a company that has a good crew and does clean work. Will recommend to everyone I know.

I was not satisfied by the technicians. The first and second contacts created an amazing amount of stress, due to inappropriate installation of my replacement door. Only threats of non payment produced results. Make sure you get your fob to open the door and a way to open your door before they leave. Will not recommend this place.

After some initial problems, the tech, Corey was able to fix all issues. He was knowledgeable, efficient, punctual and very pleasant as was the other tech with him today (sorry I forgot his name). It is the technical side of your business that is excellent. Some of the office support,earlier, not so much. Bad attitude and rudeness plus not efficient. It seems to have been addressed as my last two calls were very good

We are so pleased with the service Kris has given us. He is pleasant, explains things clearly. He is a keeper....treat him well!!! Guys like him to do hard work in such cold weather, are hard to find. We ended up getting our new garage motor/opener in today. He has been very patient and efficient with us. I had you repair the broken spring on the garage door quite some time ago. Last week I had you install a PDS 270 belt drive garage door opener. Its working great. My old opener was a Genie and the door would open by itself at unexpected times. It was definitely time to have it replaced. Sean Yahrling was awesome. It didn't take him long at all to compete the job.

Ben Balderee is a wonderful service tech. He installed our new opener back in August and was a delight to work with. He just came to help try and figure out why my wife’s garage door opener does not open our garage door. Unfortunately, it worked just fine while Ben was here but he was very courteous and helpful in giving me suggestions as to why it hasn’t been working.
