We received a coupon from your company for a garage door opener tuneup for $59.95. Nowhere on the coupon did it say that did not include technician time. We were charged 180 dollars for this service call. I think your ad is misleading also, we don’t think he changed the battery since it was not listed on the invoice.

Stephen Beck from the Spokane Valley office was absolutely fantastic. He came out and reprogrammed my three garage doors then got me new remotes. He suggested a keypad remote for the space we use for equipment only. It made sense to have that done. I highly recommend Precision all your garage door needs.

For repairs or for full replacement like we did, look no further! (The initial repair was done in November and got us through with no more issues. I was having issues with my garage door that was installed in 1998, way older than other companies would even have even come to look at. Luckily I called Precison Door and got Ben Balderree, he came out and absolutely saved my day. I was expecting to get sold a whole new motor or whole door replacement since my system wasn't "up to snuff." Ben came out, took one look and got straight to work, fixed it in almost no time flat and taught me about how to operate the dials and such on the side and what to look out for in the near future. Then he took the time to look at my other garage doors and got me set up right. I made certain I got his card so I could throw his and the companies details at whoever will listen. These guys must need to win a contest. The recommendation was the door was bad so i needed a new one. Then they showed me how the opener was malfunctioning so i needed a new opener. Total was going to be $6,000.00! I just paid for the springs and then had my usual garage door guy come out the next day as he had been busy. I don’t need a new door or opener and everything works great. They say a sucker is born every day and i almost became one. Buyers be very wary of what they recommend as they want to make as much money as they can and will be more than happy to sell you something you dont need.
