Anthony came to home quickly and was very knowledgeable of the issue. From his suggestions after talking with him, it was suggested about replacing the whole door possibly instead of fixing the old. He gave me lots of options and we agreed on a complete replacement of the door with insulation. Great to have a fellow Vet doing the work which is a plus. Looking forward tomorrow for the installation. Only negative was when Precision worked on my door in 2010 they said my springs were guaranteed for life which they say they are not.

For repairs or for full replacement like we did, look no further! (The initial repair was done in November and got us through with no more issues. Adrian was a stellar support for us. Our garage door had been poorly and partially installed and Adrian was fantastic. My remote keypad stopped working. I called Precision and they had Jered come out. He arrived just when he said he would and quickly diagnosed the problem. The part we needed was on the truck. Jared had us back up and running within 10 minutes. He was very friendly & professional. As usual, another great experience with Precision Door. I highly recommend using them.
