Steven arrived in about 20 minutes, quickly saw the problem and explained how he could fix it. :) :) :) He did tell me that it was a temporary fix and gave me several quotes for a whole new door. He was very professional, clearly explained what I needed and why. I am looking at the e mail quotes to decide. Thank you! I am so glad your number was on my garage wall when I bought this house.

It was a little tricky finding your shop but after I located it, I had a pleasant visit with Sean Smith who set me up with Dana Macilvaine. Dana came out to look over our garage door "situation". I was impressed with Dana's thoroughness. He took 45 minutes to size up, measure, assess and formulate a plan to make our low-clearance problem work. I had 2 other companies come out prior to your company but they didn't have any satisfactory ideas. I'm also impressed with the professionalism you folks employed from start to finish, from your communication with us, to your promptness, to the skillful installation of the new garage door opener.
