The initial contact to those on the other end of the 800 phone line were very helpful with my predicament of my garage door being attacked with a car. I needed immediate help on a Saturday and they came out that day and got the garage door up together so I could wait for a new one and an estimate to replace it. It was one less thing I had to worry about in a bad situation! I was able to get my new door installed after a couple weeks and the guys did a good job. Thank you!!
