Ben was our service technician that came out yesterday to fix one of the single garage doors we had installed (by Precision) in October 2021. When it would close, it stopped about 3 inches from the floor and would bounce up again. My service time block was between 11:00-1:00. He called me about an hour before the scheduled time block to say he had finished his last job a bit earlier and wanted to know if it would be alright if he came early. I agreed and he was here within 10 minutes! He quickly set about trying to fix the issue and was out of here within minutes! I was amazed at his efficiency and professionalism! I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone! I'd like to request him next time because he was so efficient and polite (saving me time away from work, which means more $ for me!). Our 20+ year old garage door opener finally failed, leaving my vehicle stuck inside. I called Precision Garage Door Service at 8:30 in the morning and they came out the same day! Sean kept in contact with me about his ETA. He quickly installed a new opener, tightened up the old door springs, and we were all set. The new opener is surprisingly quieter and has a much sturdier support bracket. Their customer service is fantastic, and I would recommend Precision to everyone.

We haven’t had our door installed yet, we’ve only made the selection & purchase thus far but I wanted to get that review in. Adrian was our sales rep & he was amazing. Walked us through the process, explained everything & was extremely patient when we were deciding on which door. He was wonderful with our two dogs & a pleasure to have in our house. I’ll review the installation & door after it’s installed but based on our interaction with Adrian we are extremely satisfied & looking forward to our new door!
