Kris did an excellent job; quick, complete and remediated a problem with my other garage door opener that was installed last year. When I told him I was disappointed that the garage door opener didn’t work unless I was close to the door, he knew right away that the antenna needed to be moved thus extending the range. Thankful that he came today!

Tom did a great job installing the new garage door opener. I could have had it installed five days earlier had I been able to get back to Tom the Saturday before. Tom had been at my house that Saturday and said he could install it right away. But I had to contact the owners to get approval. A half hour later I had the approval and tried to call Tom, but got the receptionist even though I called the number that Tom had called me from earlier. The receptionist could not contact Tom (I don't know why), so I had to wait five days to get my opener installed. Seems like the person answering your phone would be able to contact techs in the field. That was a service flaw. Could have been five stars, but your not quite there.
