Recently our garage door was having some challenges and I contacted Precision for advise on what may be occuring. Ben was wonderful. He listened to my concerns, provided me suggestions, pricing and ideas. Although, I was not planning on purchasing new springs and opener for both doors, However I felt confidant in the purchase due to Bens help. In a few hours our garage is working better and more secure than before. I would rather spend a little more money to make sure it is right than go somewhere cheap or risk the full door breaking! Not only did Ben call ahead and arrive on time, he was honest and gave multiple options to properly fix our door. While I was not anticipating spending as much as I did, it was nice to be given the options of "if I fix this and not this....this will happen...." instead of being pushed to replace it all.
