We chose this company based on a highly positive discussion we had with our neighbor's father who has had 3 doors installed for other family members as well as amazing last minute service requests. They emphatically stated all situations were handled with promptness and outstanding professionalism. I looked at the neighbor's door as it was in essence an identical situation to what we would need. It was crisp, tight and with good hardware - which was fully adjustable, unlike certain other companies products... We set an appointment for an estimator to come out and we were told a gentleman by the name of 'Tim Sweet' would be providing that service within a certain time frame. He not only showed up for that appointment but was early! He was very professional, polite, yet easy going, not pushy at all, knew his products very well AND has a working knowledge/experience as a professional installer as well - in other words knows his sh*!. An excellent 1st rate experience. An entire garage door system/setup was needed so after a couple of very minor adjustments on the estimate, we committed to a purchase. The door sections arrived at they're warehouse within a week and an appointment for the install was set that was only four days later! An install technician was set to come between 1-3pm of that day. The gentleman they assigned was, 'David Deviny'. He also showed up slightly before the assigned time window. Again, another very professional, easy going, highly experienced individual with an excellent sense of doing VERY crisp, clean workmanship. In other words no sloppy wiring, everything installed to very correct specifications with detailed explanations of all components and necessary maintenance as well as working instructions. This gentleman, David Deviny, has MANY talents along with being a terrific installer so if you find he's going to be the one for your purchase, strike up a conversation with him, you may be very pleasantly surprised as I was! So bottom line, we're extremely pleased with the services provided by Tim Sweet, David Deviny and Precision of Spokane AND without hesitation will use them in the future as well as instantly recommend them for any garage door related matters. Again, a HUGE thanks and shoutout to Precision!

Ben called ahead and let me know that he was running early and if that was acceptable and it was. He showed up on time and was professional and thorough. Tried everything possible to ensure the garage door was working properly. I asked for a quote to replace the entire opener and he promptly sent a fair quote. Should we replace our system we will look to use Precision of Spokane.

I thought my. new door in Jan. of this year was covered under warranty. Imagine my surprise when I got a charge of $150.00. A so called warranty of parts only and no labor is not an acceptable warranty in any way shape or form. Especially for a door opener that was only 8 month old. I thought Precision Openers were a top of thelineopener.I have hadHome Depot and Lowes openersin the past that had NEVER needed ANY repairs. they just wore outaftehr many years. They only cost about $250.00. The young man that came out was very gracious and apologized for the charge, however as I told him I do not blame him. I blame th company. The warranty is a joke and becasue of it I am sure I will NEVER purchase another Precision Opener.

Your Tech was amazing and he help me alot. Fixing the garage doors was important for us and he did it fast even without lights. Our power was out from 8:30 to 4:45 so he had to use his lights and never made a mistake. He also gave us information on how to keep our garage doors always working. He was unable to test the doors due to the power outage but when we got our power back they worked great. Thank You.
