Michael was very pleasant and professional. He knew the issues that caused the spring breaking and repaired it quickly! He explained everything thoroughly and what was needed to repair our door. Service call was made Friday night and he was here at 8am the next morning (Sat). Service tech was on time and completed everything in about an hour. Great Service!

Anthony & crew were excellent at attempting to rescue my old opener & helpful in providing an understanding of what needed replacing and why. I was treated respectfully as someone without knowledge but not as if I was stupid for NOT knowing. It is a fine line & I am thankful when it is done properly. He also provided updates on special order delays as well as working around holiday schedules. This is the 3rd door I've used Precision's services for. While I hope I don't need their services again anytime soon, they will certain be my first call if I do!

We had a new garage door and opener installed. The techs were nice and explained all the bells and whistles. The install was clean and the new set up is amazing! Our door and opener are so quiet, I wish I would’ve done this sooner.

Stephen was very nice, but your pricing was "way" higher than your competitor who quoted me their emergency service price which was double what their normal price would be. Your regular pricing was considerably higher than their emergency pricing... which is why we didn't have the work done. One hundred fifty dollar service call down the drain. :-(
