Jason was over and above on service and professionalism. My 2 garage door springs were broken and my car was stuck in the garage. Precision Garage Door Service was helpful and understanding of my situation. They didn’t give me excuses of how busy they were they found time to help me with my situation and fixed the problem with my springs. Real professionals are hard to find these days but they’re top of the list. Thank you Precision!

We had Precision replace our failing garage door. From the initial contact to the final result; Precision was wonderful. The estimator, Joe, was prompt, informative, cordial and professional. He carefully measured the opening and reviewed the different styles and colors available. He was sure the style we chose could be installed relatively quickly. Sure enough, we got the replacement scheduled within a week. The technician, Jacob, was prepared to quickly disassemble the old door. Everything went smoothly for the install of the new door. He made sure to calibrate the closure and the safety stop. We are very pleased with our new door. We will recommend Precision to our family, friends and neighbors.

We had a really good experience today with getting our garage door back up and running. Sean was very thorough, explained the problem well and was enjoyable to talk to. He was clear on all the options we had and didn't try to upsell anything. We went with a lifetime warranty because I know Sean and Precision will be there for us.

Ended up replacing door, motor, remotes, keypad etc. Old wooden door that was heavy and you could not raise it if power went out with one person. Not even sure two people could do it. Sebastion installed door, new motor, basically the whole system and programed remotes and keypad. Very happy with the work.

30+ year old door had a broken spring. Called Precision & decided to put in a new door, motor & everything. It was time. Old door sounded like a World War II tank - breaking springs every 4 years or so. Want to note, it wasn't high pressure at all - I had already basically decided it was time, and did consult the Precision rep (Tony)... but no pressure on his end at all. So next morning Jacob came out and tore out the old and installed the new. Super quick, great job & everything explained well. Jacob noted that one of the new panels had 2 small dents in it from shipping. He informed me and took pictures. I was impressed, cause the dents were small enough, I wouldn't have noticed them till the sun hit them just right somewhere down the road. Jacob said they'd be out to replace the panel w/in 30-days. Right now, I'm waiting on that, but have no doubt after working w/ them, that it will be done as promised. If not, there'll be a new review coming. ;-) All in all, extremely professional, email & text communication goes above and beyond. Everyone I worked with was good people. Overall, an awesome experience.
