30+ year old door had a broken spring. Called Precision & decided to put in a new door, motor & everything. It was time. Old door sounded like a World War II tank - breaking springs every 4 years or so. Want to note, it wasn't high pressure at all - I had already basically decided it was time, and did consult the Precision rep (Tony)... but no pressure on his end at all. So next morning Jacob came out and tore out the old and installed the new. Super quick, great job & everything explained well. Jacob noted that one of the new panels had 2 small dents in it from shipping. He informed me and took pictures. I was impressed, cause the dents were small enough, I wouldn't have noticed them till the sun hit them just right somewhere down the road. Jacob said they'd be out to replace the panel w/in 30-days. Right now, I'm waiting on that, but have no doubt after working w/ them, that it will be done as promised. If not, there'll be a new review coming. ;-) All in all, extremely professional, email & text communication goes above and beyond. Everyone I worked with was good people. Overall, an awesome experience.

Dana was fantastic! Diagnost the problem immediately. Prepared and reviewed four options with me. Went to work immediately and completed the job in about 3 hrs including a trip back to the “office” for the only part he did not have with him. Very efficient, professional and friendly. My garage door opener stopped working and I called Precision at 4:50pm. Kris arrived by 8:20 the next morning. He is a very pleasant and clear communicator. He patiently answered all my questions. He provided several repair options to choose from, including explanation of the differences between them, and did not pressure me which to choose. He was obviously knowledgeable and experienced with this work. He was efficient and described what he was doing to my satisfaction. He gathered and removed the broken parts. He showed me how to lubricate the hinges, etc. He even laughed when I made a joke! I am referring Precision to everyone I know that might need maintenance or service on their garage doors. Kris did a good job and explained everything. I have been robbed so many times, I sure hope he's right about my Remotes that I didn't need to put in a new code because he put remotes by the frequency. Just praying it works. Kris was good seemed to know what he was doing. If the thieves break in again I will still need to recode my key pad, my biggest concern is my car it's new and I still am paying on it. I think Kris did a good job
