Kris did a good job and explained everything. I have been robbed so many times, I sure hope he's right about my Remotes that I didn't need to put in a new code because he put remotes by the frequency. Just praying it works. Kris was good seemed to know what he was doing. If the thieves break in again I will still need to recode my key pad, my biggest concern is my car it's new and I still am paying on it. I think Kris did a good job

He introduced himself upon arrival and listened to my concerns regarding leakage under my door, that other competitors were unable, or unwilling to trouble shoot and fix. We discussed possible fixes, and Jered went to work. He was professional, thorough, and efficient. I truly felt listened to, and that Jered was committed to fixing my problem as if he was working on his own garage door. He ended up adjusting the fit of my doors, top, bottom, and sides, and together we installed a new bottom gasket. Cris showed me that code 28 is usually a service outage. We have had a few electrical outages due to road construction nearby Cris unplugged and replaced the unit and raised and lowered the door a few times and it was fixed. We are very happy to have our door light working again. No charge because of a lifetime warranty.
