Kris showed up on time, with an email beforehand stating he was on his way. He introduced himself, I explained my problem, and he immediately went to work. He explained the error code I received was an overload to the opener, due to a broken spring, which he noticed right off the bat. He went over routine maintenance with me, explained that he was going to do a complete examination of the door, and advise me of the needed repairs. He finished the exam, and explained the options I had in regard to replacement springs and made the repair. Kris was punctual, polite, friendly, professional, and competent.
