Cris showed me that code 28 is usually a service outage. We have had a few electrical outages due to road construction nearby Cris unplugged and replaced the unit and raised and lowered the door a few times and it was fixed. We are very happy to have our door light working again. No charge because of a lifetime warranty.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Stephen Williams. I called because the garage door at one of my rentals was not working and I had no idea what was wrong with it. The tenant was very hard on everything while he lived there. Stephen came out around 4pm, assessed what the issues were and ended up replacing the motor, springs, brackets etc.. he did not leave there until 8:30ish. He was so helpful, cheery and positive all the way through. He provided amazing service and got it all back up and running better than it has been in years. He deserves a gold medal and a big raise for this one!!!! Thank you Stephen!
