We had a problem with our garage door and called Precision Door for service. Their Tech Adrian showed up within 2 hours and did some trouble shooting on the problem. He made some adjustments and corrected a problem with the trim catching the window frame. He also took the time to lube the springs and checked the rest of the door operation. Adrian was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgable, and went the extra mile to ensure that everything was working well, and explained everything that he had done. Very pleasant experience, and Precision Door will be the 1st place we'll call when it's service time for our door. Thanks Adrian.
