Tech Kokinda was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He fixed our door immediately and made sure it worked after 10 minutes. He did not rush making sure he corrected the problem.

Tech arrived 45 minutes early but I was ready so it didn't matter to me.He lubricated the rollers and door hinges and seemed to cure the noises I was concerned about. He said it looked as tho'they hadn't been lubed when the door was installed about a year ago. He did not charge for the call.

I bought a new home one year ago. The garage door opener installed at construction was refusing to go down without holding the button down and it was extremely loud. Barry quickly discovered it was installed improperly which was loosening all the major supporting attachment points. He replaced it with a new garage door that works so smooth and quiet you almost can't tell it is running. Barry was extremely professional and competent. I am going to have him come annually to keep it well maintained.
