Don and I (Sophie) were in Mesa, AZ when the above work was done. We are very grateful to Daniel, our son, for contacting such a fine company as Precission to take care of the problem. We were here Friday, August 27, 2021, when Barry called to tell us he was on his way for our 10:00 appointment. He arrived a bit early, introduced himself, and set about to program the four remotes for the two garage door openers. What kindness, professionalism, and friendliness he showed the whole while! There was and is no doubt that he thoroughly knows and understands everything about his job and does it extremely well. I appreciated his spotting and doing several things to help avoid future problems, such as: lubricating the springs and hinges on the big shop garage door and suggesting putting surge protectors on both garage door openers.
