As we wrote earlier, the professionalism is top rate. Really appreciate the emails notifying us of who will be coming and when. The tech (Corey) did a great job installing our new door. He installed the door in the time frame he said it would take. He also explained the new operation in a way that was easy for us to understand. Definitely would recommend this company with the products offered and good service given.

Scott was great and really knows his work well. Only complaint is the scheduler they made Scott drive from north Spokane over an hour away in a blizzard to get here when there was a closer technician to me. He then had his next appointment in North Spokane again. Very inefficient scheduling wasting the company time and gas. I loved Scott but that must be pretty frustrating as a technician.

Not satisfied. My Tech did fix an issue but failed to fix the problem of my garage door not opening and closing all the way. His reasoning being that he thought I was still working on fixing the the sensor/ electrical issue myself when I stated when I 1st met him that I believed the issue may be electrical and that I dont have the knowledge to continue to fix the door, hence why I called your company. Unfortunately the blame continued to be put on me when he came back out on why he didn't fix the door. I feel that a company should make right with its customers and in this case offer to do a new motor install free of charge seen as how I spent $800 for a polished good for nothing garage door. I'll buy the opener if a tech does the installation for free. You'll keep me as a continued customer along with a good review. Let me know. Lastly, cudos to Madelyn for dealing with me over the phone. She was calm and patient with me while I stated my problem with frustration.
