I really appreciate the prompt response to my call requesting an additional weather stripping be added to the bottom of my garage door. Not only did the tech (Barry) take care of that request, but, spent additional time making other adjustments where he noticed gaps at the top of the door. He went out of his way to make sure everything was aligned properly. His level of professionalism and courtesy is top rate. We love the company’s product and exceptional service.

Scott was great and really knows his work well. Only complaint is the scheduler they made Scott drive from north Spokane over an hour away in a blizzard to get here when there was a closer technician to me. He then had his next appointment in North Spokane again. Very inefficient scheduling wasting the company time and gas. I loved Scott but that must be pretty frustrating as a technician.
