Wow! Quick service, pleasant staff and great results - what a welcome change. I called Precision because my garage door was not closing correctly. The individual who answered the phone at Precision was very polite and helpful - a great attitude. She assigned a technician to come out that day, within a 2 hour window! Not only did Barry the technician call first to let me know he would arrive shortly, his professional demeanor and quick results were a wonderful experience. He showed me everything he did to fix the problem and offered some suggestions for on-going simple maintenance. I am extremely impressed. Amazing product. But he left without programming remotes in cars, and keypad. I tried to do the keypad per the instructions and it’s not working. I guess he was knocking with no answer to have us there for the code. But we were home—maybe he should have called my number? No blaming here. Again... happy with product.... just need to get rest of it working.

Called Precision, and they sent a technician out the very next day. Scott was friendly and professional. Gave me a good deal on a new opener and springs. Completed the work in just a couple hours. Demonstrated the operation, safety features, and maintenance of the new system. I'm satisfied with the warranty, too. Overall a great experience. I would highly recommend Precision.

Our tech Scott was on time (called en route). He inspected and evaluated our garage door and opener. He then educated me on its proper operation, preventative maintenance, and what to be aware of and what to do in case of a failure before making some minor adjustments and lubricating the key components. He left me with a quick contact label and busines card affixed over the garage door opener on the wall for an easy reminder who to call in the future. Scott was professional, knowledgeable, spoke to me in non- technical terms when necessary, making it easy for me to understand. He's an asset to the company. Thanks again Scott.
