Technician Scott did a great job replacing broken spring, worn bearings. Offered me additional replacements/upgrades which I declined, as these garage doors will probably be completely replaced in a couple years. He came out the next day after I called in, whereas another company wouldn't be able to respond for a week. Enjoyed the prompt service.
