Don and I (Sophie) were in Mesa, AZ when the above work was done. We are very grateful to Daniel, our son, for contacting such a fine company as Precission to take care of the problem. We were here Friday, August 27, 2021, when Barry called to tell us he was on his way for our 10:00 appointment. He arrived a bit early, introduced himself, and set about to program the four remotes for the two garage door openers. What kindness, professionalism, and friendliness he showed the whole while! There was and is no doubt that he thoroughly knows and understands everything about his job and does it extremely well. I appreciated his spotting and doing several things to help avoid future problems, such as: lubricating the springs and hinges on the big shop garage door and suggesting putting surge protectors on both garage door openers. I contacted the company by phone and told the operator that I had a Martin garage door and that one of the springs had broken. I was told that a technician would arrive with replacement springs and the the cost would be a service fee plus the cost of the springs.The Technician arrived inspected the door got made a phone call and told me that he had no idea how to replace or repair the broken spring on my Martin garage door then said he was sorry and had to change me a service fee. Then he said he could right a quoat to replace the entire tension system for over $1000. Very unsatisfied!!

Service was prompt. After numerous calls to various garage door outfits I called Precision and they arrived the next morning by 8AM and were done by 9:30. Barry replaced my torsion bar, torsion springs, and numerous other components efficiently and was a pro every step of the way. The world needs more Barrys’. I will only use Barry & Precision should I ever need service again - but that’s not likely! Thx Barry & the staff at Precision.
