Actually Scott replaced a garage door opener for me that evidently fried in a power outage Monday. Scott was very professional and efficient. Nicholas was prompt. The main concern is that the tech tried to sell us over $900 in parts. He never checked the opener pad and said we needed a new motor and it would cost $900 plus. Come to find out we did not need the motor and just needed the opener pad on the wall. We will not be using this company again.
