The cord that you pull to release the opener when the electricity is off was broken off. The tech did service the opener but did not put a new cord on. I was disappointed to find that when I got home. My husband was here when the tech did the service I'm thinking he did not mention it to Scott but assumed the tech would have checked all.

Jered came back out today to install a belt driven garage door opener, along with an access keypad on the outside of the garage. Wow, the unit sounds fantastic, nice and quiet, and works excellent! Jared was just as pleasant and helpful this time as he was when he came for the repair job last week. Showed up on time and ready to work. Super great attitude and customer service, and made everything super easy for me to deal with. Thanks for doing such a great job!

Precision Garage Door was the only company I used when I lived in California. When I moved to Coeur d’Alene, and I saw their trucks, I was happy to know they were up here and I knew they would be the ones I would call if I ever had a problem. Sure enough, I had a broken hinge on one of my garage panels. I called them at 8:15 PM last night to put in a message for a service call, but an actual person answered the phone live and scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 10:00 AM. Super impressed! Jered came out and gave an honest assessment, fixed the problem, and when I inquired about replacing the garage door opener, he showed me some options. I went ahead and placed an order and they will be installed the next business day. I am very impressed with Precision Garage Door in this area as well, and Jered was great to work with. Thanks guys!

Actually Scott replaced a garage door opener for me that evidently fried in a power outage Monday. Scott was very professional and efficient. He walked me through all the new controls and made the change over seem very easy. I will highly recommend Scott and Precision Door to deal with any garage door problems.

Nicholas was prompt. The main concern is that the tech tried to sell us over $900 in parts. He never checked the opener pad and said we needed a new motor and it would cost $900 plus. Come to find out we did not need the motor and just needed the opener pad on the wall. We will not be using this company again.
