Adrian replaced springs and roller. Serviced all the components that open and lift the door. Made a poorly installed garage door which had cheap hardware, quiet and safe. Adrian went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Polite, professional, skilled. He made a great impression for Precision Door Service. We highly recommend him and this company. The tech Scott was great. Clean, explained things well and finished in a timely manner. Not so happy with customer service. I spoke to 2 different people trying to find more information on your proposal to upgrade my system and insulate the doors. Both people said they would get back to me or have someone contact me. Never heard a word.

Very happy with the work that Barry performed. He was working at 100 mph from the moment he got here to the minute he left. A very professional tech. He replaced the opener. Then he replaced the door rollers and lubed and adjusted the complete door. We discussed the extra service which I approved. Barry did not petition me for the extra work, that was something I asked him about, he advised me, and then I approved the extra work. Very happy with the whole job. Six stars!

Was thrilled when I could talk to a Polite PERSON when I called in and got same day service on my garage door that would not open, and had a broken spring. The technician Adrian arrived on time and was courteous, thorough, and professional. He showed me as well as explaining to me what repairs were needed and how much they would cost. He showed me what to do if the garage ever locked down again. I will definitely use Precision again and put them on my bi-yearly maintenance schedule.

Well, simply amazing. It’s rare to find a company so earnestly devoted to covering all the bases and pleasing the customer.
