Adrian was very courteous, friendly, and thorough in his assessment. Figured out the issue and gave me advice on what I can do should I experience this issue with the opener again. As for the keypad, it just needed a new battery. On time and excellent service.

Tech was prompt and was able to replace the brains to my disabled motor. He made sure that the door operated correctly and double checked to make sure all the remotes and openers were in good working order. He checked my springs and rollers and hinges and just recommended to lube them up.

Precision was great, I called them on Friday and they were able to come out the following Monday and help fix my garage door. Ben did the work at my house and he was able to communicate with me over the phone as I was still at work. He completed the job in only a couple hours and did a great job!
