Our tech, David, did a very good job. The garage door is very quiet opening and closing. The color of the door is spot on. David cleaned up the debris and programmed the outside key pad and one one of the car’s keypad. I have no complaints, however, I believe the factory started the process by sending information regarding the timeline for completion of the door fabrication and installation dates, but as time went on notices were few and far between. To get information we had to call our salesman. The only “glitch” regarding installation was that we mistakenly received only one keypad. That issue is resolved.

Spoke with Sean on the phone as he was at the property he did an outstanding job of explaining what was broken what the price would be to get it fixed. I was actually able to arrive at the property prior to the work commencing he showed me what was broken it was self-evident I believe Sean is an excellent asset for your company and I would imagine that management had their eye on him for promotion soon. I can not say enough good things about your company and Benjamin. Ever since I had you install a new garage door and all new controls; I have had difficulty with the door not working after a power outage. This is the second time Benjamin has come out and he is such a nice young man and so willing to help with the situation. I also asked him again for a few more pointers about what I could do when it happens again. He said to not hesitate to call if I have more problems. (Note: I did not have this issue with my "old" garage door controls - these "new ones" work great---but not when there are short power outages!! After a vehicle impact with our garage door, the Precision technician got our garage door operable but pointed out that it was structurally unsafe and required complete replacement. The technician was friendly, professional and answered all our questions. I recommend them to work on any garage door - they will be replacing ours

Turned out the motor is kaput & I need a new unit. I did appreciate the technician showing up ($98) as I had two other companies neither show up nor call after scheduling appointments. However I thought $800+ (with $500+ installation if I furnished my own unit) was a little excessive.
