He adjusted the safety eyes and found some frayed wires one the eyes as well in the door opener. Did not need to replace the opener after the wires were fixed. Actually I had accidentally pulled the wires loose on the floor sensors. The spring is fine. Benjamin was very helpful, quickly seeing the problem and resecuring both sides’ sensor wires. He inspected everything else and chalked it up my a follow up call and no charge. That was appreciated. He’s someone you’re probably not paying enough. Good work.
