The Precision Team arrived on time and were very courteous. The Lead Technician Anthony explained what they would be doing and asked if I had any questions. They went to work. They did knock on the door to let me know that there were some parts that should be replaced and gave me an estimate to replace the parts. I had them replace some of those parts now while they where replacing the broken springs. They knocked on the door again to let me know that they were done and asked me if I had any questions about what they did today. I paid for the parts that were not covered by my home warranty. Anthony told me to call if I decided I had questions. I got one of his business cards. The garage door seems to be working great! I would definitely use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service of Spokane again.
