Your company and Adrian were great! He arrived at the time scheduled. He diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. He asked if we had a copy of the invoice for past work done, which we did. Upon examining it we found out that I had purchased the Life Time Warranty with the opener back in 2011. The spring and install labor was no charge! I was thrilled! Especially because I didn’t remember getting that warranty. Thank you! A good company to do business with! Jim

First things first: The person who answered my call this morning (Amanda) was courteous, efficient and really well=prepared to address my concern thoroughly and in detail, including the minimum service charge; she was able to schedule a same-day service call. When Michael called to let me know he was on his way, it allowed me to make the necessary space in my garage, and he arrived it was right when he said he'd be here. Michael was professional and extremely courteous...the kind of young man you want to represent your business in addition to being an excellent technician.
