We had two new doors and openers installed. The 30yr old doors were demoed along with hardware and openers. Installation was great the new doors and openers are awsome, David Deviny was a joy to deal with and knocked the demo and install out of the park. Actually I had accidentally pulled the wires loose on the floor sensors. The spring is fine. Benjamin was very helpful, quickly seeing the problem and resecuring both sides’ sensor wires. He inspected everything else and chalked it up my a follow up call and no charge. That was appreciated. He’s someone you’re probably not paying enough. Good work.

I backed out of my garage while door was half raised and door had a lot of damage. Christian Worthy came to my house within a very short time, repaired door enough so it could be raised and lowered for the night. Next day he was back out and did all the pre work to order a new door. He was pleasant and very professional, answered all my questions and told me what the next steps would be. Had a new garage door opener installed a couple of years ago by Precision, so when my springs & cables broke I didn't hesitate to call them back. Christian was punctual, knowledgeable & polite.
