First things first: The person who answered my call this morning (Amanda) was courteous, efficient and really well=prepared to address my concern thoroughly and in detail, including the minimum service charge; she was able to schedule a same-day service call. When Michael called to let me know he was on his way, it allowed me to make the necessary space in my garage, and he arrived it was right when he said he'd be here. Michael was professional and extremely courteous...the kind of young man you want to represent your business in addition to being an excellent technician. He made sure I understood the costs and exactly how to operated my new door opener. I could not be happier with the service and the product. Thank you.
