Stephen arrived ahead of schedule, was polite, and performed an overall check of the garage motor and mechanisms as well as tightened up the chain that had become slack. After I was unable to open my garage door this morning, I called Precision and asked for help. I was amazed that the secretary was able to schedule a technician to arrive between Noon and 2 PM (I called about 10:30 AM). I was further happily surprised when Christian left me a voicemail a little after 11 AM to say he’d be arriving about 11:30. He arrived when he said he would, identified the broken spring, and gave me an estimate within a few minutes. He fixed it to my satisfaction and was finished by 1 PM. I will continue to call Precision and refer my friends and family if and when any of us have garage door issues. Thank you!
