Your company and Adrian were great! He arrived at the time scheduled. He diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. He asked if we had a copy of the invoice for past work done, which we did. Upon examining it we found out that I had purchased the Life Time Warranty with the opener back in 2011. The spring and install labor was no charge! I was thrilled!
