My service was not for a broken garage door spring repair - I called because I wanted a new key pad for my garage. I was told by Chris that my equipment was to old for the key pads your company has so I was told it couldn't be done and was also told to call Wayne Dalton as they may have what I wanted. Had an issue with my current garage door opener. (That issue ended up being that "I should not kill the garage door opener." Adrian (the tech) listened to what I didn't like about that one, and had us set up with a new system right away. Great service, on time, reasonable price. Ben did a great job on fixing my door better than new. I wish Wayne Dalton put the same workmanship into their doors as Ben did. He retrofitted the door with a stronger bracket. That Wayne Dalton came out with to fix their design flaw. The bolts that Ben added were at 14 inch centers. Wayne Dalton more like 36 inch center to center
