Chris figured out the problem pretty quickly and after replacing the springs (one was broken), he discovered the motor itself was broken. He quoted me the price and made an appointment for the next day to return and repair. Quick and helpful service.

Not the requested service. Needed new opener. One sent not same as one broken. Instructions don't match correctly. Attempted to get help and lead to believe from technical support but actually from technician working in field. Call would be sometime today. No time frame. Otherwise $80 service call to set up $68 opener. Not customer friendly. Absolutely nothing wrong with door or its operation. Remote problem only but big problem if it doesn't work.
