Scott, has noticed some errors in the installation of our new garage door and has spoken with the company reps to have the corrections made by the original installer next week. Presently he has made our garage door operate. (We had a power outage-no surge protector or battery backup. The door did not operate correctly after power resumed.)

It is astounding of how fast this appointment setup was and then to have the tech, Chris out within the same day and have everything fixed was beyond amazing!
