Barry was sent out to diagnose why our garage door wouldn't go down and also some excessive popping noises coming from the door as it went up and down. Barry arrived on time looking professional and went straight to work figuring out what the problem was. Before he left he had solved all the issues with the door and door opener. I felt that while Barry was very professional and thorough in his work he was also a really nice guy to chat with while he worked, and made this a great experience with Precision Door.

Would not use them again. After the first installation I had to clean up all the nuts and bolts left in my garage. We also had dents in 3 of the 4 panels. They came out to replace the panels and we still had dents. The tech told us that this door would have dents, it's just how they come. If we had known this we would not have ordered this door. He pulled the dents out but now we're waiting on touch up paint as there are scratches on the door. The tech showed up unannounced to replace the panels when we had an appointment. For what we paid the experience was not acceptable. Would not recommend to friends. The only pleasant part of the job was the initial sales with Aaron. Other than that I was told things would happen and they didn't.
