Tech was friendly and practiced social distancing. After explaining my options I decided to replace my whole door. Tech replaced my spring at no charge because I committed to a new door and had me able to use my garage until that happens. Very pleased so far

Precision had a guy out to my house in under 2 hours, when I called at the very end of the day. Because it was Chris’s last stop of the day, he was out of one part (which is totally understandable), and was back first thing in the morning. He finished in a timely fashion and with no hassle. This was my second time using these guys and I’m beyond happy with the service. Great work. You get what you pay for, remember that. I would recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Much more expensive that I thought but both springs and all three bearing were replaced as well as Chris did lubrications and adjustments on both doors while here.
