Provided pros/cons for options without pressure, did not treat me (female) as if I was simple minded. Appt was within 24hrs of when I called Precision to request. Tech arrived within 1st hr of the estimated window to arrive. I recd a pic & name of tech prior to arrival. My Spring was replaced in the same visit and only took about 45mins.

We were originally told the appt was 4-6pm, then it changed to 3-5pm. Ryan was planning to leave work early to be here for the earlier time, but the technician arrived and finished before 2:30pm. Neither of us were there to check or talk with him. When we came home, the garage door did open, but the light kept flashing and the garage door did not open the entire way. Just super frustrated after having a new motor installed in August. Hopefully we can get this figured out soon.
