I called and scheduled Precision to come out and look at a damaged garage door. I had to reschedule at the last minute. Their scheduling person and the tech that came out were both pleasant to work with and the tech, Sean Yahrling, was punctual and thorough with his estimate. Thank you.

I was told that the service call was $89 and I figured I would have to pay tax. My bill was $115. Apparently there is some kind of gas charge. If you are going to charge that then you need to include it the $89 when you tell people. I will call another company next time.

This review is for Stephen Beck. NOT Balderree. Stephen came to our rescue on Monday 1/2 beause we could not get our doors to open. He diagnosed our problem right away and gave us invaluable advice for future maintenance and things to watch out for. He is a consumate professional and an all around great guy. Not only was his serice fantastic he was a pleasure to have in our home. If we have any issues in the future we will specifically request that Stephen is the one to address them. A 5 star guy.

Our garage door broke over the New Year's weekend. When I called Precision I figured, like with so many other things these days, that it would probably be at least a couple weeks to get it fixed. These wonderful people were out the same day! Ben immediately saw the problem and got it fixed. He was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. The repair is better than the original fixture. They are a company you can always depend on. We've used Precision several times and they will always be out go to garage door repair company.
